1. Acceptance
By creating a DebtHelp Partner Portal account you agree to the terms below and DebtHelp's privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. Authorized use
You confirm that you are an authorized representative of the company you are registering and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify DebtHelp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Information you submit
Any data you submit (contact information, settlement terms, notes, etc.) may be reviewed, approved, rejected, or stored by DebtHelp at our sole discretion. Approved updates may replace the data we currently hold on file for your company.
5. Permitted use
The portal is provided solely for the maintenance of partner business information and any other features DebtHelp explicitly enables for your account. Misuse, including attempts to access accounts that are not yours, automated scraping, or unauthorized API access, is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Information you view inside the portal — including any DebtHelp data shown to you — is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without DebtHelp's prior written consent.
7. Termination
DebtHelp may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected misuse, inaccurate information, or business need.
8. No warranty
The portal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DebtHelp is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the portal.
9. Changes
DebtHelp may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
