1. Acceptance
By applying for the DebtHelp affiliate program you agree to the terms below and DebtHelp's privacy policy.
2. Application review
DebtHelp reviews every application. We may approve, decline, or request more information at our sole discretion.
3. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, state-level DNC rules, and any debt-relief / financial-services advertising restrictions in jurisdictions where you operate.
4. Lead requirements
Leads must originate from your own marketing efforts and may not be sourced from incentivized traffic, co-registration without explicit DebtHelp opt-in, or fraudulently generated forms. Lead-data accuracy and consumer consent are your responsibility.
5. Prohibited tactics
You may not bid on DebtHelp brand keywords, impersonate DebtHelp, claim affiliation in ways that imply employment, or use creative that has not been approved in writing.
6. CPL and payouts
Your CPL rate is set at approval and may be adjusted by mutual agreement. DebtHelp pays only for leads that meet the qualification criteria you receive at approval. Payouts follow the schedule communicated at approval.
7. Fraud / chargebacks
DebtHelp may reverse or withhold payouts on leads found to be fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise non-qualifying. Repeated patterns of fraud may result in suspension or termination without payout.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. DebtHelp may suspend access at our discretion if compliance, fraud, or quality concerns arise.
9. No warranty
The portal is provided "as is" without warranty. DebtHelp is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the portal.
