Enter the client's last name and last 4 digits of their SSN. We'll match exactly one enrolled client before you enter offer details.

You can save the text fields as a draft now and attach a signed letter later — but DebtHelp cannot accept the offer until a signed letter is uploaded (Step 3).

Creditor identification

Required if original creditor name is not provided.

Financial terms

Leave blank if open-ended.
Percentage off the current balance.
1 = lump-sum only.
3 Attach signed settlement letter (required for final acceptance)

Upload the signed settlement letter from the creditor. Accepted formats: PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), or image (JPG, PNG, TIFF). Max 20 MB.
This letter is required before DebtHelp can accept the offer.
